My Why:
I am passionate about the power of JOY - and aspire to help others find Joy in the journey through adventure. Through Joy, our Mind-Body-Spirit connection empowers us to be our own source and agent of change, of healing, of lasting happiness. I believe that all exhilarating Joys, ah-ha moments, and personal bests are steps towards building a solid foundation of confidence and empowerment - growing and expanding into other areas of your life. My biggest thrill is creating transformational experiences, curated by Joy, that expand your mind, move your body, and empower you to live your best life -  one adventure at a time.

About Me:
One day, I knew it was time. Time to pause my career in sales and marketing - to redefine and redesign my life. I moved across Canada from Vancouver to Toronto for a fresh start - and a new relationship - with myself. At the age of 40, my next chapter led to managing a yoga studio and becoming a certified yoga teacher. This was the beginning of the new 'me' as I tuned into what brings me Joy, inspiring my personal mantra and acting as my guiding light throughout this roller coaster journey of life... Choose JOY. Since then, I've experienced many Joys by embracing my love of outdoor adventures – and I absolutely love sharing it with others!

My Expertise:
As a Paddle Canada Kayaking Instructor and Advanced SUP Instructor (as well as a certified Hike Leader and yoga teacher), I love introducing a new sport to others, providing a safe and trusting space to fully embrace being outside their comfort zone, witnessing the ah-ha moments - and always, having fun! In addition to offering my own programs of lessons, skills clinics and hosting women’s retreats locally and in Costa Rica, I currently work with an amazing roster of companies as a SUP and/or kayak guide: Adventure Canada, Blu Wave SUP, Ontario Sea Kayak Centre and Wild Women Expeditions.
