About Me:
In my corporate days, I always loved helping my team members to develop their skills and figure out their career goals. When I left the corporate world, my personal experience of burnout and isolation gave me the fuel I needed to navigate my own career transition. It took a while to find my focus, coaching, but I learned a lot along the way. In fact, I wrote a book!

My business experience sets me apart from other coaches. I coach, mentor, consult and support my clients on a range of work challenges: dealing with ageism or managing your volunteer commitments, finding a new job, or starting a business. I bring warmth and lots of encouragement to my work. I love my work and want others to feel the same about their work.

My Work:
My coaching process is modeled on The Four Windows Process. The Four Window Process provides a business-like framework that begins by looking inwards, identifying what we love to do, what we’re good at, and how we create value for organizations. From there, we look at the market and deploy research, online and with other humans, to fine-tune your transition or start-up strategy. The process ends by creating a comprehensive plan with plenty of follow-up and support. Transitions, whether in our careers or in our lives, aren’t easy but having someone by your side makes it more manageable, sometimes even enjoyable!

My services include individual and group coaching, workshops, and presentations. All my programs are customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
